This little girl I bought used ..But like all my dolls I strip them down and repaint. She's beautifully done. Very detailed. She did come with a few tiny holes at the top of head. Other then that no other issues. Like new. She is floppy like a real baby and squishy. Nice to hold. She's 12 inches and 2lbs. Not smokers. Comes with blanket rattle and 2 outfits and a hat! I'm reducing the price because of its heas. Hardly noticeable. Alot of time and love put in painting
