SpecMat-H static dissipative homogeneous work surface is a single-layer, ESD-safe, thermoplastic vinyl that is inherently dissipative throughout. Made in the USA, this material offers high value at a lower cost. The soft textured surface offers comfortable protection against static discharge, parts slippage, and damage from UV lights. The durable material is resistant to solder, heat, and most common solvents.
The SpecMat-H mat also now incorporates the Lo-Char® low smoke and flame retardant chemistry to provide critical safety for both personnel and product.
SpecMat-H Features:
- Surface resistivity measures 108 - 109 ohms per square.
- Electricals are warranted for the lifetime of the mat.
- Compliant with ANSI / ESDA S20.20.
- Single layer available in 0.10" (2.54mm) or 0.06" (1.52mm) thickness.
- Static decay of 0.05 seconds.
- Embossed surface.
- Low outgassing; low VOC.
- UV additives provide color stability.
- Recyclable.
- Rolls are available in lengths of 50' and widths of 24", 30", and 36".
- Precut mats include two 10mm female snaps.
- Custom cut sizes available.
Maintenance:
To keep mats clean and avoid insulative electrical readings, use a natural cleaner such as the 6001 Mat and Table Top Cleaner. The low alcohol, high surfactant formula will allow deep cleaning without damaging the structural integrity of the mat.
ACL Lifetime Warranty:
ACL, Inc. offers an exclusive lifetime warranty on the electrical resistance properties of their mats. If the electrical properties should fail (when tested to ANSI/ESD S20.20) or any of their table mats during the lifetime of the mat due to manufacturing or physical defects, they will replace the mat free of charge.
This warranty does not apply to mats that are abused, improperly used, or cleaned with mat cleaners not tested and approved by ACL, Inc.
