911 Porsche GT1 CLEAR BODY ONLY (200mm)

The awesome Porsche 911 GT1 was designed compete in the GT1 class of sportscar racing, which also required a street-legal version for homologation purposes. The HPI Racing version is a 200mm wide body that will fit any wide (200mm width) 1/10 scale touring cars and features the usual HPI attention to detail.

The production car - dubbed "911 GT1 "StraBenversion" - was a run of approximately 20 units which were built in 1997 and featured 996 style front headlights. The majority of the production model was finished in Arctic Silver or Fern White, but three cars were finished in unique colours: Polar Silver, Indian Red, and Pastel Yellow.

Like all HPI bodies, the Porsche 911 GT1 is molded from crystal-clear, impact-resistant polycarbonate plastic and comes with a clear protective overspray film, vinyl window masking and a large decal sheet. Made of flexible vinyl to fit every curve on the body, the decal sheet includes official Porsche decals, headlights, tail lights, and door handles, plus official Porsche and HPI Racing logos! The body also has drill locations marked for HPI sedan cars, making it easy to line up the body mount and antenna holes.
