This cap was found in a warehouse in the United States from that time. I think it's a rare item to find in Japan.
Judging from the print, I believe it was made by a group of friends during a motorcycle event held in Kansas, USA in the 90s.
Despite being a classic American trucker cap, the design features Norton, a motorcycle that represents British motorcycle culture. Harley caps are easy to find, but you'll rarely come across a cap like this.
It's a bit niche, but I think those who know, will love it.
