This beautiful cape has a couple flaws but is still a gorgeous and wearable piece.
The top button must have gone missing and so it has the clasp instead as shown. I personally wish it had the button, and id recommend finding a very large set of buttons to replace the clasp.
The flaw that I will cover is a hole in the lining. If I were to leave it as is, they lining would be more susceptible to degrading and coming out as devil's dust. I will put a patch over it to prevent that issue.
There is some fur on the left shoulder that is not super soft in texture like the rest is.
I believe may be rabbit but I am not positive. A colleague who knows fur better than I suspects sheared muskrat.
