Bought brand new online @ Apple Store in December 2022 .
Worked perfect till user accident " the nail polish with acetone was spilled on the keyboard " .
After that mainly start key started malfunction .
Then laptop stoped working , did not turn on .
We took it to Apple Tech where it was confirmed that the start key is probably "melted" inside and the repair is possible.
All personal data deleted , did factory reset , erased and removed from iCloud.
