A rarity in error coin collecting, is finding an error in mint proofs , because it is a High improbability. They have a quality control much better than the D mint and P mint. No one wants to pay for a mistake in a proof set. D and especially P minted coins are almost always expected to be full of errors so finding a clean p or d coin is unusual and an excellent find. Opposite is this proof coin , because it has a minting error, it has a cloudy look on both sides so someone was distracted somehow? But, otherwise it’s a very clean piece. Make me a reasonable offer?
