the 1883 silver Hawaiian half dollar. These were minted in San Francisco mint. 700k originally minted BUT,
OVER 600K were recalled and melted down. the estimated population of this coin is less than 80 000
in all grades survive This one is an AU-55 or AU-53
( my opinion) see pics. even fewer in this grade survive
Definitely worth having graded and encapsulated.
