The Larson Electronics HALD-EMG-24-1X100LED-DIMM Hazardous Area Dimmable LED Light Fixture is designed to provide operators with a powerful and energy efficient alternative to traditional hazardous location luminaries. This dimmable LED panel mount fixture is ETL listed Class I Divisions 1 & 2, Class II Divisions 1 & 2,and is approved for use within paint spray booths. Cree LED technology and compact design makes this lamp an excellent replacement upgrade option for paint booths and hazardous locations where flammable chemical/petrochemical vapors are present. The HALD-EMG-24-1X100LED-DIMM includes a sealed lead acid battery for emergency situations.

The HALD-EMG-24-1X100LED-DIMM Explosion Proof Dimmable fixture is a 2x2 Class I Divisions 1 & 2 hazardous location lay-in LED light fixture that is equipped with an added battery backup providing 90 minutes of emergency runtime and is ideal for use in paint spray booths and hazardous environments where space for lighting fixtures is limited. This fixture is T5 temperature rated and is a fully integrated LED unit. The LED assembly is protected by an aluminum framed, hinged, 3/16" thick polycarbonate door that provides direct front access to the internal components. The lamp housing is designed for recessed mounting, and is constructed of non-sparking aluminum coated with a powder coated white finish.
This Class I Divisions 1 & 2, Class II Divisions 1 & 2 explosion proof light fixture provides 11,667 lumens of high quality light while drawing only 100 watts. The copper free aluminum alloy body is powder coated for added durability and an attractive aesthetic appearance. A special heat dissipating design in conjunction with LED technology helps this fixture to achieve an excellent 60,000 hour rated lifespan with 80% lumen retention. Light weight and a low profile make this unit an attractive alternative to larger and heavier older fixtures and requires less hardware to install.
This LED light fixture features 0-10V dimming capabilities via an external driver. This gives operators the ability to manually adjust the brightness of the LED lamp quickly and easily. The 0-10V dimming allows for adjustments to fit the brightness needs of any lighting situation. A 0-10V dimmable light works through the use of a DC control signal that ranges between zero and ten volts. The basic idea is that at 10 volts of input the light is at its brightest level with 0 volts being the lowest possible dimness setting. The smooth, continuous and flicker-free dimming of a 0-10V dimmable LED light is ideal for a wide range of different lighting applications.
